My story...

I’ve always been gutsy.

I spent my 20s travelling around the world teaching ESL, working in The UAE, Australia, Vietnam and Turkey - chasing adventure, connection and purpose. I loved it.

But when COVID hit, I decided to move into primary teaching, and something shifted. The rigid structure, the constant pressure, the overstimulation - it dulled the spark I’d always had. I felt boxed in, undervalued, and quietly craving something that gave me the creative freedom and impact I knew I was capable of.

When I got pregnant with my first baby, that whisper turned into a roar. I retrained as a coach, quit teaching and built my business from scratch - with a baby on my hip and no plan B.

Within a year, I was fully booked, working just four days a week. By the time I was pregnant with my second, I knew I’d reached my ceiling: my time and energy were maxed, and I wanted to scale without sacrificing what mattered most - my family, my freedom and my fire.

So, during my second maternity leave, I rebuilt everything.

I created The GUTSY Method™, launched my mastermind GUTSY, and rebranded my entire business around the principles that had helped both me and my clients create real, sustainable success: identity, strategy, and courage.

Now, I help other women do the same. Women who’ve already proven they can make money, and are now ready to scale to 10k months and beyond with clarity, structure, and guts.

I believe in identity-first strategy.
Because no amount of strategy will work if you’re not anchored in who you are, what you stand for, and how you lead.

When your identity is rock solid - when you trust yourself, your voice, your decisions - that’s when strategy starts to land. That’s when your messaging cuts through, your content converts, and your business grows with ease and integrity.

Most coaches try to fix a sales problem with another tactic.
But the truth? It’s rarely the strategy that’s off.
It’s the alignment behind it.
